Running from 24 January to 21 February 2025, this family-friendly production is directed and adapted by Daniel Butcher-Geddes with an ORIGINAL score by Wessel Odendaal. Perfect for audiences aged 4 and up, this 60-minute show (no interval) promises an unforgettable start to the year.

The Story

Set in the heart of the jungle, The Jungle Book follows Mowgli, a boy raised by wolves, as he discovers life, friendship, and bravery. Guided by Bagheera, the wise panther, and Baloo, the carefree bear, Mowgli faces the fierce tiger Shere Khan in a story brimming with humour, warmth, and thrilling moments.

This talented ensemble brings Kipling’s beloved characters to life:

Noluthando Mathebula as the spirited Mowgli.
Virtuous Kandemiri as the enigmatic Kaa, the python.
Thuto Gaasenwe as Bagheera, the protective panther.

Katlego Nche as both the mischievous Monkey King and Akela, the wolf pack leader.
