About the something guy

I am simply put, The Something Guy. For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, advice or the most bizarre form of useless random facts about things no one is asking about. Why? Because I end up knowing a lot about a lot of random topics. Not saying this makes me an expert though, far from it. I do see myself as a dreamer though. After spending many years doing various ventures I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonders about our world.

As my favourite Doctor once said, never be cruel, never be cowardly … Remember, hate is always foolish, and love is always wise. Always try to be nice, but never fail to be kind … Laugh hard, run fast, be kind.

I founded The Something Guy with a mission to give others a sense of what goes on in my mind, and trust me, it surely means this is going to be one interesting adventure! While at the same time, I am out on my own personal mission to educate people on topics from the boring to the bizarre and to give others a platform where they can also showcase their own voice and express their opinions and thoughts.

I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humour, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements bring a unique experience as well as perspective to the world around us.

I am full time employed, but that isn’t holding me back. Still happy and comfortable to pursue a completely different field such as the something guy and growing my passion before and after hours.

I have always dabbled in the odd entrepreneurial efforts. From a young age, I was always selling random goodies to random folks.

A big advocate for mental health awareness. Depression, suicide and self-injury all have a close place to my heart and I always want to live a life that shed awareness on these things that so many people are going through but still have a stigma around it.

I have been meat-free since 2013 and loving it. I truly unconditionally love animals and therefore I will not eat them. Our planet is beautiful and if I can limit the harm I cause to the earth beautiful inhabitants, then I will do so.

From Batman and DC Comics to Doctor who, Family Guy, Rick and Morty etc, i am perfectly fine in classifying myself a geek of note. I am also a strong believer that Pluto is and always will be, a Planet.

Well, that is the introductions out of the way, Take some time to explore my blog, read something interesting, and feel free to reach out if you would like to collaborate on a project together.
