
Red Chilli Sauce makes a great dip or accompaniment for many dishes. This homemade version has so much flavour that is store-bought and tastes so delicious.

Ingredients Needed:
- Fresh Red Chillies –
- Tomato – 2 chopped
- Garlic – 6 cloves roughly but come on, it’s garlic. add as much as your heart desires.
- Onion – 1 chopped
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Vinegar – ¼ cup
- Dash of Olive Oil

Now let the cooking begin!
Start by Sautéing the onions and garlic for a minute in some oil.
After that, add the chillies and the diced up tomatoes and cook until Mushy.
Continue by adding the salt (dash to taste) and sugar. Mix well.

Cool the mixture, and add everything into a food blender or processor on high for a minute.

Once blended, add the vinegar and a dash of olive oil until smooth and desired consistency has been reached.

Time for a taster. Is it perfect for you?
If it is a bit too spicy for your taste buds… you can always return it back to the pot, add a few more tablespoons of sugar and simmer for a minute or two and taste test again.

Now you are all set-up and ready to enjoy! Use a nice and clean Jar for storage and ensure you keep it safely tucked away in the Fridge but near enough for your cravings to reach still!
